We also make use of services by providers with regard to the processing and storage of personal data (so-called processors pursuant to Article 28 DSGVO); this particularly applies to data hosting on servers, the management of these servers, and the hosting services. These processors will only work for us on the basis of corresponding contracts and, with regard to the storage and processing of personal data, are bound to our instructions.

If you contact Aurubis Belgium nv/sa regarding issues that concern a company affiliated with Aurubis Belgium nv/sa, in individual cases we will provide this affiliated company with your personal data.

Apart from this, data will only be transmitted in individual cases to the extent that Aurubis Belgium nv/sa is legally obligated to do this (this especially concerns tax law cases) or if you have consented to transmission.

Your rights as the data subject

You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data; the processing is unlawful; you refuse the deletion and we no longer need the data but you need this for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21 DSGVO (Article 18 DSGVO).

You have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, conventional, and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another responsible party (Article 20 DSGVO).

You may complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, for this you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or work or at Aurubis AG?s headquarters (Article 77 DSGVO).

Right to object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1(f) DSGVO, you have the right, pursuant to Article 21 DSGVO, to file an objection against the processing of your personal data if there are reasons for this that arise from your particular situation.

VIII.

Job applicant portal

You can apply for a position at Aurubis under the navigation point Career. When sending the application form, you provide us with your personal information in a concrete application for the purpose of finding a position. Your information is saved and processed in the systems of our software partner, the company d.vinci HR-Systems GmbH (d.vinci), Nagelsweg 37-39, 20097 Hamburg.

We and the software partner d.vinci have implemented the necessary organizational and technical steps to ensure the confidentiality of your application. As part of their contractual employment, all of the employees of our Human Resources department and our software partner are obligated to maintain confidentiality when it comes to personal information. Thanks to automatically activated 128-bit encryption, your information is transferred securely. When the data is processed, the general standards on data security are observed pursuant to the current state of the art.

In addition to title, first name, and last name, the usual correspondence information such as postal address, e-mail address, and phone numbers are saved in the applicant database during the application process. Furthermore, the application documents such as the cover letter, CV, educational certificates, and letters of recommendation are collected. This information is saved, evaluated, processed, or forwarded internally within the context of your application only. It is only accessible to employees of our Human Resources department and the individuals responsible for making the selection. Your information will be under no circumstances transferred to other companies or individuals outside of our group of companies or used for other purposes. We will only transfer your information to group companies if you have given your consent to this (e.g. as part of the applicant pool). The information can only be processed for statistical purposes (e.g. reporting). In the process, it cannot be traced to individual people.

The information is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) DSGVO since you have stated your consent to this processing prior to sending your online application. We unfortunately cannot process your application information without your consent.

With a formal request for information, you can inquire about what information about you is being processed. Please send this request to our Data Protection Officer: datenschutz@aurubis.com.

If you accept a position at Aurubis, your personal information, or only a portion of it, will be placed in your employee file.

If you apply but receive a rejection letter, your information will be saved for about three months following the conclusion of the application process and then deleted (profile and application). There will be no notification about the deletion of the information.

If you submit an application but we cannot offer you a suitable position at that time, you can decide to be included in our applicant pool at the end of the application. In this case, you will receive current news about similar positions. If you do not want this or are not interested anymore, you can request to be deleted from the applicant pool at any time. If your application is placed in the applicant pool, the information is saved for 12 months and then deleted.

Uw persoonsgegevens zoals hierboven beschreven worden bewaard en nadien verwijderd op basis van Artikel 6 Paragraaf 1(b) DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation) en Artikel 6 Paragraaf 1(f) DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation), om de zakenrelatie te onderhouden voor de duur van de zakenrelatie of tot het moment waarop de zakenpartner van Aurubis Belgium nv aangeeft niet langer te zullen samenwerken, tenzij Aurubis Belgium nv wettelijk verplicht is om de data voor een langere periode te bewaren dan overeenkomstig met Artikel 6 Paragraaf 1 Zin 1(c) DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation), of tenzij u akkoord gegaan bent met de opslag van uw data langer dan de periode vermeld in Artikel 6 Paragraaf 1 Zin 1(a) DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation).

Als bedrijven van de Aurubis Groep persoonsgegevens zoals hierboven beschreven aan ons verstrekken voor de hierboven beschreven intenties, voornamelijk voor gevallen waarin u een geaffilieerd bedrijf gecontacteerd hebt in verband met een kwestie die ons aangaat, en niet het geaffilieerd bedrijf.

Gegevensoverdracht aan derden

We gebruiken de diensten van leveranciers voor het verwerken en bewaren van persoonsgegevens (zogenaamde verwerkers overeenkomstig Artikel 28 DSGVO); dit geldt vooral voor de hosting van gegevens op servers, het beheer van deze servers en de hosting diensten. Deze verwerkers werken uitsluitend voor ons op basis van de desbetreffende contracten en zijn gebonden aan onze instructies wat betreft de opslag en verwerking van persoonsgegevens.

Als u Aurubis Belgium nv contacteert voor kwesties met betrekking tot een geaffilieerd bedrijf van Aurubis Belgium nv, dan zullen wij in individuele gevallen uw persoonsgegevens doorgeven aan het desbetreffende bedrijf.

Los daarvan zullen gegevens uitsluitend overgedragen worden in individuele gevallen voorzover dat Aurubis Belgium nv dat wettelijk verplicht is (dit geldt vooral voor fiscale rechtszaken) of als u ingestemd hebt met gegevensoverdracht.

Alle betrokkenen hebben de volgende rechten ten opzichte van Aurubis Belgium nv:

U kan de toestemming die u Aurubis Belgium nv verleent op ieder moment intrekken (Artikel 7 Paragraaf 3 DSGVO). Bijgevolg kan Aurubis Belgium nv de data voortaan niet langer verwerken, indien deze uitsluitend gebaseerd was op toestemming.

U hebt het recht om informatie op te vragen over persoonsgegevens die door ons bewaard en verwerkt zijn (Artikel 15 DSGVO). U kan informatie opvragen over: de doeleinden van verwerking, de categorie van persoonsgegevens, de categorie?n van ontvangers aan wie de gegevens bekendgemaakt zijn of bekendgemaakt zullen worden, de beoogde opslagperiode, het bestaan van een recht op verbetering, verwijdering, beperking van verwerking of bezwaar; het bestaan van een recht op beroep; de oorsprong van uw gegevens, als die niet door ons verzameld zijn; het bestaan van een geautomatiseerde besluitvorming (inclusief profilering) en, indien van toepassing, betekenisvolle informatie met betrekking tot details.

U kan de directe verbetering of aanvulling van uw persoonsgegevens verzoeken (Artikel 16 DSGVO).

U kan de verwijdering van uw persoonsgegevens verzoeken, tenzij de verwerking van de persoonsgegevens vereist is voor het recht van vrije meningsuiting en informatie; om aan een juridische verplichting te voldoen; voor redenen van publiek belang; of voor de inrichting, uitvoering of verdediging van juridische vorderingen (Artikel 17 DSGVO).

U kan verzoeken dat we de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens beperken als u de nauwkeurigheid van de gegevens betwist; de verwerking onwettig is; u de verwijdering weigert en we deze gegevens niet langer nodig hebben maar u deze zelf nodig hebt voor de inrichting, uitvoering of verdediging van rechtsvorderingen; of als u bezwaar hebt ingediend tegen de verwerking overeenkomstig met Artikel 21 DSGVO (Artikel 18 DSGVO).

U hebt het recht om de persoonsgegevens die u ons verstrekt heeft op te vragen in een gestructureerde, conventionele en machine-leesbare opmaak of om de overdracht naar een andere verantwoordelijke partij te verzoeken (Artikel 20 DSGVO).

U kan klacht indienen bij een toezichthoudende autoriteit. Hiervoor kan u de toezichthoudende bevoegdheid contacteren in uw woonplaats, de plaats van uw werkgever, of het hoofdkwartier van Aurubis Belgium nv (Artikel 77 DSGVO).

VII.

Recht op bezwaar

Als uw persoonsgegevens verwerkt worden op basis van gewettigde belangen overeenkomstig Artikel 6 Paragraaf 1 Zin 1(f) DSGVO, dan hebt u het recht, overeenkomstig Artikel 21 DSGVO, om bezwaar in te dienen tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens als daar redenen voor zijn die voortvloeien uit uw specifieke situatie.

Als u gebruik wilt maken van uw recht op bezwaar volstaat het om een e-mail te sturen naar

Sollicitatieportaal

Je kan je kandidaat stellen voor een openstaande positie bij Aurubis onder het onderdeel ?Career?. Wanneer je het online sollicitatieformulier naar ons verstuurt, bezorg je ons jouw persoonlijke informatie voor een specifieke openstaande positie, met de bedoeling om een job te vinden. Jouw gegevens worden bewaard en verwerkt in de systemen van onze software partner, het bedrijf d.vinci HR-Systems GmbH (?d.vinci?), Nagelsweg 37-39, 20097 Hamburg (Duitsland).

Samen met onze software partner d.vinci hebben we de nodige organisatorische en technische voorzorgen genomen om de vertrouwelijkheid van jouw kandidatuur te garanderen. Zoals vastgelegd in het tewerkstellingscontract zijn alle medewerkers van onze Human Resources afdeling en onze software partner verplicht om zich strikt te houden aan de vertrouwelijkheidsclausule wat betreft persoonlijke informatie. Dankzij een automatisch geactiveerde 128-bit encryptie wordt jouw informatie veilig overgezet. Bij de verwerking van de gegevens, worden de algemene normen voor gegevensbeveiliging nageleefd volgens de laatste technieken.

De titel, voornaam en familienaam worden net als de gebruikelijke informatie zoals adres, e-mailadres en telefoonnummers bewaard in het sollicitatieportaal tijdens het sollicitatieproces. Bovendien worden ook de sollicitatiedocumenten, zoals een begeleidende brief, CV, diploma?s en aanbevelingsbrieven bewaard. Die informatie wordt bewaard, ge?valueerd, verwerkt of intern doorgestuurd in het kader van de sollicitatie. De informatie is steeds uitsluitend toegankelijk voor medewerkers van de Human Resources afdeling en medewerkers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor rekrutering. Jouw informatie wordt onder geen beding doorgegeven aan andere bedrijven of individuen buiten de Aurubis Groep of gebruikt voor andere doeleinden. We geven jouw informatie uitsluitend door aan andere Aurubis vestigingen als je daarvoor jouw toestemming hebt gegeven (bijvoorbeeld voor de wervingsreserve). De informatie kan uitsluitend verwerkt worden voor statistische doeleinden (bv. rapportering). In dat proces kan de informatie niet herleid worden tot individuele mensen.

De informatie wordt verwerkt op basis van Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR aangezien je jouw toestemming hebt gegeven voor deze verwerking door online te solliciteren. Helaas kunnen we jouw info en kandidatuur niet verwerken zonder jouw toestemming.

Met een eenvoudige formele vraag kan je navragen welke informatie verwerkt wordt. Dat verzoek kan je richten aan datenschutz@aurubis.com.

Als je na het doorlopen van het sollicitatieproces een job binnen Aurubis uitoefent, wordt jouw persoonlijke informatie, of een deel daarvan, in jouw werknemersdossier opgenomen.

Als je solliciteert en je bent niet weerhouden, dan zal jouw informatie ongeveer drie maanden na afsluiting van het sollicitatieproces bewaard worden en daarna verwijderd worden (profiel en kandidatuur). Je ontvangt geen melding van de schrapping van jouw gegevens.

Als je (spontaan) solliciteert, maar we kunnen je op dat moment geen geschikte job aanbieden kan je beslissen om opgenomen te worden in onze wervingsreserve. In dat geval, ontvang je actueel nieuws over soortgelijke jobs. Als je dat niet wenst of niet meer op zoek bent naar een job, kan je op eender welk moment vragen om geschrapt te worden uit de wervingsreserve. Als je kandidatuur opgenomen wordt in de wervingsreserve, worden jouw gegevens 12 maanden bewaard en nadien verwijderd.
